The stars came out at their brightest as the much-anticipated Scream 4 premiere took place in LA. The latest instalment of Wes Craven’s popular Scream series is set to hit screens a full ten years after Scream 3, and Hollywood’s hottest were there to get a glimpse of what promises to be yet another thrilling slasher flick. Needless to say, the cast was dressed to kill!
Scream 4 sees the return of Neve Campbell, Courteney Cox and David Arquette in their original roles. They’re joined by starlets Hayden Panettiere and Emma Roberts.
Hayden looked bronzed and beautiful in a sophisticated red dress by Zac Posen, while the pale and lovely Emma wore a blue Burberry number. The Scream 4 starlets brought a bright, youthful energy to the red carpet, but the veteran heroines really gave a whole new meaning to the phrase “drop-dead gorgeous”!

Scream queen Neve wore an effortlessly elegant black Vivienne Westwood design, and Courteney looked beautiful in a black bandage dress with a lace hem, which she paired with a pair of Sergio Rossi peep-toes. She and David Arquette, her co-star and estranged husband, arrived separately, but shared a hug on the red carpet before joining the rest of the cast.

The Little Black Dress was the fashion statement of choice for the cast and guests at the Scream 4 premiere; Lucy Hale turned heads in a black sequined cocktail frock by Georges Hobeika, Anna Paquin looked sharp in a black Cushnie et Ochs dress and Alison Brie’s strapless number showed why the classic LBD never goes out of style!
