X Factor winner Matt Cardle might have spent last night chatting to a pretty blonde but he still went home alone after the evening at Embassy club in London.
The 28-year-old was sporting his favourite old beige hat, which matched his jacket and trousers perfectly, despite being a bit too casual for the exclusive club.
But his new friend didn’t appear very fond of his famous cap, as she left the singer to go home solo after their chat. 
Perhaps the Essex-born star was off to meet his dancer girlfriend Sarah Robinson though, who he met during his time on the ITV talent show last year.
He was seen in December with the gorgeous brunette, 24, and finally admitted in March that he is in a relationship with the dancer from the show.
They spent New Year’s Eve together in Newcastle and he admitted that they hit it off early on in the series.
Sarah has also been a backing dancer for stars including Paul McCartney and Shirley Bassey and was one of the most popular dancers on X Factor.

According to The Sun, Sarah split from her boyfriend of four years, singer Blair Dreelan, just weeks before embarking on a relationship with Cardle.
Dreelan is a member of boy band Ba5e, who had auditioned unsuccessfully for X Factor three times.
And Cardle appears to be devoted to his new love, despite being chatted up to a flurry of women every time he goes out.

Last night he was also approached by Embassy’s bouncer, who stepped in between his conversation with the fellow club-goer, who wore a provocative pink and grey mini dress.
