Eighty-four contestants from various countries will compete for the Miss Earth 2010. The talent competition took place in Ho Chi Minh City on November 9, 2010. Nicole Faria, from India, won the Miss Earth Talent 2010 after beating 17 other finalists. Miss India performed a graceful belly dance that combined Oriental and Middle Eastern style. The National Costume competition took place in Sea-Links Resort, Phan Thiet (city) on November 13, 2010. Marina Kishira, from Japan, won the Best in National Costume at Miss Earth 2010 after beating other contestants. The Best in Long Gown was held on November 17, 2010 in Nha Trang, Khanh Hoa. The Best in Swimsuit was held on November 20, 2010 in Phu Yen. Miss Vietnam Luu Thi Diem Huong won the Best in Swimsuit.

It was announced during a press conference attended by Carousel Productions officials, Thanh Nien representatives, Miss Earth 2009 Larissa Ramos and some candidates; that the Miss Earth 2010 Talent Competition is happening on Tuesday, November 9, at the Diamond Place in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Twenty finalists has been chosen to compete on the Talent Show.

The 20 talent finalists are Misses Australia, Bolivia, China, Czech Republic, Denmark, French Polynesia, Guam, Guatemala, Jamaica, Kenya, Korea, Mauritius, Mexico, Netherlands, Panama, Philippines, South Africa, USA, Thailand and Vietnam.
